It's tough for the Australian squad to set fresh records.

The highest peaks have long been mastered.

This is the unit that has claimed seven Cricket World Cups, along with another six T20 titles, and once went 1,294 days undefeated in 50-over cricket.

The alternative records, the ones sought by the record chasers, are what's still available for a side that has accomplished all there is.

The fact it required up to Sunday's victory by three wickets over India for them to complete their first ODI chase above 300, reclaiming their record for the biggest in the female 50-over format, is, in truth, a testament to the bowling attack that have represented Australia over five decades.

"Chasing 330 runs is new territory so I'm happy we have the belief to achieve that now," continued Healy.

"Hopefully we don't have to do it again but, should it happen, we are confident we can succeed."

That comment will be the last competing nations at this tournament should hear.

Over the past five days a sense they will triumph from any situation has become more firm - this success coming after victory over Pakistan by 107 run margin despite struggling at 76-7 at a certain moment.

Following this Australia face Bangladesh before a match against traditional opponents England in Indore in a week and a half, by which point a semi-final berth may likely be confirmed.
